Architectural Review Appoints 8th Editor In 108 Years

Emap Communications acquires Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival

Emap plc today announced that Emap Communications, its B2B publishing and events business, has acquired the London based Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival from WJB Chiltern Trust Company (Jersey) Limited for £52.5 million, plus an adjustment for cash in the business, the total to be paid in cash from existing banking facilities.
