Professional Beauty, which hosts the largest beauty trade show in the UK, is set to launch a free community email newsletter tomorrow to keep in touch with its visitors and exhibitors.
The monthly update, called Beauty Connection, will hit 62,000 inboxes and will build on the show’s buyer/seller relationships to deliver expert advice, competitions and offers.
Every issue will feature printable vouchers with exclusive offers from Professional Beauty exhibitors, video masterclasses from thought leaders in the beauty industry, expert advice and comprehensive answers to crucial questions posed by beauty professionals.
There will also be a regular, themed makeover competition, where Beauty Connection will call on therapists to send in photos of their best work. The winners, who will be hand-picked by other readers from the Beauty Connection community, will receive a bundle of freebies from Professional Beauty exhibitors.
Professional Beauty Managing Director Steve Newbold said: “The Beauty Connection newsletter and blog is all about getting in touch with the industry; hearing concerns, responding to them and having a lot of fun along the way.
"Here at Professional Beauty, we’re obsessed with all things beauty, but we only get to meet up with the industry en masse two times a year. That’s not really enough for us, so we’ve found a way to keep up a dialogue with suppliers, technicians and therapists that we serve."
Beauty Connection will launch on May 08. Register to receive it free of charge now at http://www.professionalbeauty.co.uk.
