Reporting to the Market Director within the subscriptions team, the Account Executive will encourage the renewal and growth of subscriptions revenue for existing customers, while promoting the brand and generating new business.

Key Purpose

  • Sell corporate brand subscriptions to designated brands/ markets
  • Manage, service, renew and grow existing business
  • Acquire new brand subscribers
  • Work to set revenue targets and KPIs

Skills & Competencies

  • Skilled in both phone selling and face to face
  • Proven track record of selling at MD level and above
  • Proven ability in servicing existing clients and in generating new business
  • Track record of exceeding targets set
  • Track record of working in and succeeding in competitive marketplaces
  • ability to own a business sector and develop it profitably
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders to effectively identify new business opportunities

Qualifications & experience

  • In depth knowledge and experience in sales structure for both telephone and face to face selling
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft systems
  • Minimum 2 years face to face sales experience
  • Experience of selling subscription products strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in developing new business opportunities
  • Understanding of Online media as a business tool
