About the role:
EventsOne is a bespoke/custom built events management platform. You will be responsible for effectively supporting the EventsOne system; ensuring that our clients get the best experience. You’ll be technically minded with experience on a CMS (Drupal), have an excellent knowledge of events, a broad knowledge of online marketing and be an approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
The ideal person for this role will have Knowledge of global CRM Systems Basic knowledge of HTML as well as a good understanding of Service Desk solutions. You will have good organisational skills and excellent customer service standards. Taking a collaborative approach to your work you will have an excellent attention to detail and be a methodical logical thinker with a positive attitude: a 'can do’ approach, good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Managing support tickets and adhering to SLAs
- Supporting bespoke development and modules
- Work with Web tech team resolving any platform / infrastructure issues.
- Troubleshooting problems and seeing through to resolution
- Liaising with events marketing team to understand requirements
- Product configuration and setting up pricing
- Adding / removing discounts, coupons and sponsors
- Registration form changes
