The Sales Director of emap recruitment is a brand new role and is an exciting opportunity to build and develop a centralised recruitment sales team to be a centre of sales excellence.

Bringing focus and expertise to emap’s recruitment solutions is an opportunity to leverage emap’s renowned brands, audience and constant engagement with that audience to position emap’s recruitment solutions as best of breed when looking to recruit specialist professional staff in niche industry sectors.

As recruitment sales director for emap, you will manage a commercial sales team to drive revenue growth of print, digital and event recruitment solutions across a portfolio of emap’s most influential and recognised brands - Construction News, New Civil Engineer, Local Government Chronicle, Nursing Times, Property Week and Drapers.

You will have a number of direct reports and a total headcount of 7/8 sales staff.

You will direct manage the recruitment sales team. In addition to managing the team you will personally be a revenue generator managing major account relationships as well as key account new business / win backs.

You will also direct manage the recruitment marketing manager.

If you have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a media or recruitment business this will be the right role for you.

Experience of print, digital and events recruitment solutions is preferred and experience of digital solutions is required.

You should have experience of product development and strategy as well as strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire others.
