This role represents an exciting time to join a growing business. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to the marketing teams who engage with prospects and customers to deliver revenues throughout the year.

 

Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

  • Support the event and subscriptions marketing teams to help deliver a world-class, brand enhancing marketing communication programme for Property Week, AV and Electronics Weekly
  • Plan, schedule and implement email campaigns
  • Generate lead files for external telemarketing agencies
  • Media partner fulfilment, including managing banners and third-party emails
  • Assist the marketing teams to manage and produce collateral and brochures, liaising with logistics and editorial teams, working with design and print vendors
  • Co-ordinate activity across key channels: email, web, social media, print, ensuring consistent messaging
  • Build and maintain event and subscriptions websites, optimise enquiries, bookings and traffic, and work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure sites are SEO-optimised
  • Assist the marketing teams with the scheduling of tweets and other social media postings
  • Manage all online surveys and data entry as required
  • Reporting of social media and online traffic, award entries and followers each month
  • Proactively manage and grow the current database, build campaign data and understand data selection, maintain existing data and identify new sources of data for future growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated to degree level or above (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in an administrative support role, with a good command of core software packages (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience within the media industry, especially within events or subscriptions, would be advantageous
