Our people
emap celebrates entrepreneurialism, efficiency, team work, collaboration and promotes equal opportunity. We're a fast paced company that encourages everyone to come up with ideas and see them through.
We value people that want to make a difference - and encourage them to do just that!
We work together across disciplines in empowered brand-focussed teams. We believe in fostering diversity, fairness, mutual respect and equality of opportunity.
50:50 The Equality Project
In 2019 emap was invited to become an external partner of the 50:50 The Equality Project. This is the initiative launched by the BBC to ensure gender balance in published content. We began by trialling this with the financial titles, Headline Money, Money Marketing and Mortgage Strategy. In 2022 we now have 13 titles taking part, including, Drapers, Retail Jeweller, DFNI, What Mortgage, The Money Pages, Petroleum Technology Quarterly, Independent Retail News, Materials Recycling World, New Civil Engineer and Ground Engineering.
