Overall Purpose of the Role:
As the Client Solutions Executive you will be part of a successful and talented commercial team, supporting the Client Solutions Manager in delivering a range of bespoke projects and events across industry respected and award-winning brand Property Week.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with the coordination and delivery of a range of projects, including, but not limited to, events, video interviews, think tanks, round tables, webinars, surveys and blogs for Property Week’s wide range of B2B clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers stakeholders
- Performing administrative tasks associated with projects and events
- Working with the Client Solutions Manager to ensure all deadlines are communicated and achieved throughout each project
- Research venues and event sites
- Managing and maintaining data in a responsible way in accordance with GDPR and internal data-processing procedures
- Providing outstanding customer service for clients
Skills and experience:
- Excellent organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills
- An excellent communicator, confident in liaising with individuals from all professional backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Equipment: Due to hybrid working laptops are provided.
Place of work: This exciting position is a full-time hybrid role. 2 days in the office, 3 days from home. This could change over time depending on business needs.
