Marketing Executive

You’ll work as part of a team supporting marketing initiatives across the business, aiding the Marketing Manager to build brand exposure, maintain subscription renewals, selling new subscriptions and new products to new and existing clients, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. You will also lead on writing and publishing email and social media content, this is an exciting opportunity for the right person, with full exposure to the full marketing funnel from acquisition to retention.

Key responsibilities:

  • Using all marketing channels to acquire new and retain customers and audiences
  • Work collaboratively with the design, editorial and production team to deliver engaging subscription campaigns
  • Monitoring success and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Update and maintenance of subscription marketing materials
  • Reporting on revenue, trends and future bookings
  • Updating marketing plans and reporting on successes and challenge

Skills and experience:

  • Strong understanding of social media channels & platforms
  • Track record in using social media and online platforms to meet company objectives / generate leads / sales
  • Good written & oral communication skills
  • Experience of website management and updates desirable

Core competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Confident in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and social media networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest)
  • Good time management skills and an organised manner
  • Experienced in WordPress or other content management system – desirable
