Drapers conferences in running for prestigious award

Drapers has been named a finalist in the Best Conference Series category at the Conference Awards 2017. We have been the fashion industry’s bible for the past 130 years, but 2016 was a ground-breaking year for our conferences. A portfolio of two long-standing events, comprising the Drapers Fashion Forum and the Digital Forum, and one new conference called the Drapers Operations Forum, together delivered year-on-year revenue growth of 40%. Revenue from our flagship content-led conference, the Drapers Fashion Forum, grew by 19% to record levels.

Performance is announced as theme for World Architecture Festival 2017 edition

The CKK Jordanki concert hall in Poland, by Menis Arquitectos, which was shortlisted in the Completed Buildings: Culture category at WAF 2016. The World Architecture Festival (WAF) has announced that ‘Performance’ will be the theme for its tenth edition, which is to be held at the Arena Berlin in Germany from 15-17 November 2017.

World Architecture Festival returns for its 10th edition

The ‘Oscars of Architecture’ will return to Arena Berlin, Germany from 15-17 November 2017 as organisers launch manifesto identifying key challenges which architects will need to address over the next ten years
